The Spider Waits appeared as the back-up story from Fear #11. Fear started off as Silver Age monster story reprints, then ran early Man-Thing stories under the title Adventure into Fear. The Man-Thing story in this issue is ho-hum; but, this throwback to the golden age rocks! We’ll see how mean parents can mess you up for life. Then, just as you conquer your problems, they come back to bite you in the ass! Oh, the horror!
