Late one night in 1989, a blonde surfer from Venice Beach discovers three alien-mutated bats in an underground cavern. Together they experience action-packed comedic adventures on the their surfboard time machines while collecting materials to repair their spaceship. They must also fix time ripples and other havoc created by the evil Dr. Sinclair and his goons.
